Transportation

FROM THE AIRPORT

Lyft/Ubers are available from the upstairs departure lanes at all SFO terminals. Getting into the city will cost about $35. You can also take the BART to downtown for about $9.

AROUND THE CITY

With the right footwear, San Francisco is very walkable. If you'd rather not walk, you can also take the MUNI, the BART, or call a Lyft/Uber. Just be prepared for hills. Lots of them.

TO THE VENUE

While there is parking at the venue, it's very limited. We recommend taking a Lyft/Uber there instead.

Accommodations

HOTEL KABUKI

We've reserved a small block of rooms at the Hotel Kabuki in Japantown for a discounted rate of $209/night. The hotel is centrally located within SF, and nearby Fillmore's great shopping, dining, and nightlife. Click the button below to reserve a room in our block.

AIRBNB

We highly recommend booking an Airbnb for your stay. San Francisco has lots of beautiful options that are more affordable than the hotels, and the rates will be even cheaper if you're able to book with a larger group.

Things to Do

San Francisco is one of the coolest cities in the world (in our unbiased opinion). We made a list of our favorite things to see, do, and eat for any spare time you have in the city.

Two big events are happening this weekend: the Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival (free to the public in Golden Gate Park) and Brit + Co's Re:Make Festival at the Fort Mason Center. Both are worth checking out, but be advised they also might cause more traffic than normal around the city.
